Privacy policy (English summary)

We collect the email address you provide to sign in, the URLs and business details you input for diagnostic purposes, and standard analytics data (page views, device type) needed to operate the service.

We use the data to operate the GEO Meter SaaS, generate observations for the AI engines you ask us to observe, and send transactional emails (sign-in links, billing notices). We do not sell data to third parties.

Observations are run against ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), and Gemini (Google). The URLs you submit are sent to these providers. Payments are processed by Stripe. Email is delivered via Resend. All processors are bound by their own privacy commitments.

Primary data is stored on Supabase (Tokyo region). Some data is transferred internationally to the AI processors above. Japanese customers' personal data is handled in accordance with the APPI (Act on the Protection of Personal Information).

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@geo-meters.com. Account closure deletes your data within 30 days unless we have a legal obligation to retain it.

We use minimal first-party cookies for authentication and Vercel Analytics for aggregate page-view metrics. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.
