Terms of service (English summary)

GEO Meter is a SaaS that measures how often your brand is cited by AI search engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). Plans are Free (single observation), Lite (¥9,800/month), and Pro (¥49,800/month). Settlement is in JPY.

You sign in via Magic Link (email). You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. One sign-in per natural person or legal entity.

Do not attempt to overload the service, scrape data en masse, or misrepresent observation results. We may suspend accounts that violate this clause.

Paid plans are charged monthly through Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods unless required by Japanese consumer-protection law.

Observations reflect AI search results at the time of querying. AI models change over time. We do not warrant that any specific result will persist. Use observation data as input, not absolute truth.

Liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the incident. We do not accept liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where Japanese law requires.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance.
